Privacy policy

How we handle personal data on this website, in plain language, according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Contact form

• Data: name, work e-mail, company, role (optional), topic, message.
• Purpose: answering your request.
• Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where the request concerns a possible contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Delivery: the request is delivered to us by e-mail.
• Storage: as long as needed to answer the request, then deleted unless legal retention duties apply.

3. Hosting

The website is hosted by Hostinger, which processes data on our behalf as a processor (Art. 28 GDPR). Server log files (IP address, date and time, page, browser) are processed to operate and secure the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). They are kept only as long as needed for this purpose and then deleted.

4. Fonts

Fonts are hosted on our own server; no data is sent to font providers.

5. Cookies and tracking

We do not use analytics or marketing cookies and no tracking tools.

6. External links

LinkedIn: data is processed by LinkedIn only when you follow the link.

7. AI in our work

Requests may be pre-sorted with AI support; decisions are made by a human. There is no automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. You can complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, dsb.gv.at (opens in a new tab)).
